Build the Mechanical Foundation of Your Robot
The 4WD Smart Robot Car Chassis Kit provides the mechanical platform needed to build a programmable mobile robot. Its double-layer acrylic construction creates space for mounting a controller, motor driver, battery holder, sensors and other electronic modules.
The kit includes four dual-shaft 200 RPM BO geared motors and four 65 mm plastic wheels with rubber grip, creating a four-wheel-drive platform suitable for a wide range of DIY robotics applications.
The open two-layer structure makes component placement, wiring and future modifications convenient. Multiple mounting areas provide room for adding motor drivers, sensor modules, cameras, servo motors and wireless development boards.
It can be integrated with popular development platforms such as Arduino, ESP32 and Raspberry Pi, depending on the selected motor driver, power system and project requirements.
From basic motor-control experiments to Bluetooth-controlled vehicles, line-following robots, obstacle-avoidance systems and IoT-enabled mobile platforms, this chassis provides a flexible starting point for hands-on robotics development.
